At 305 Candles, we want you to love your purchase. Each candle and reed diffuser is carefully crafted using premium ingredients to create a luxurious fragrance experience. If you are not satisfied with your order, we accept returns under the conditions below.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items that meet the following conditions:

• Candles and reed diffusers must be unused and unburned
• Products must remain in their original, unopened packaging
• All labels, seals, and protective wrapping must be intact
• Items must be free from damage, alteration, or signs of use

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.


Non-Returnable Items

For safety and product integrity reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Burned or used candles
• Opened or used reed diffusers or fragrance products
• Gift cards
• Personalized or custom items

Please note: Due to the personal nature of fragrance products, we recommend reviewing scent descriptions and fragrance notes before purchasing.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

• Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any original shipping costs.


How to Start a Return

If approved, we will provide return instructions.

Returned items must be shipped using a trackable shipping method.


Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Please note:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise specified
  • Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please initiate a return for your original purchase and place a new order for your desired product. This ensures you receive your new selection as quickly as possible.
